I ran music and culture at GoPro for seven years, played keys on a GRAMMY-winning Leon Bridges record, and got a Master of Education in Educational Design and Technology to put rigor behind the instinct. Producing is mostly finding what people do best and getting everything else out of their way. Turns out that's also instructional design, and it's also AI strategy.
These days the work is split between two things. I consult through Do-Gooder Design in instructional design, learning experience, performance strategy, and AI. On the media and culture side, I've led media strategy for AXON, Spotify, and ProTunes. And I lead learning design, engagement, and AI enablement for a national organization and its network of 125+ partner organizations across 30 states, where I built the AI adoption and governance practice from scratch.
The center of it is Fridays at The Park, a 501(c)(3) creative hub. In person, human-centered, analog. That's the bet most of the field isn't making, and I'm comfortable with it.
